Palacio de Añana

17th century manor house that serves traditional cuisine made with seasonal local products. This includes pinto beans, hake and T-bone steak from the Esla valley, its star dish. À la carte menu, and set weekday and weekend menu. Pleasant, attentive staff. A simple place with outdoor terrace split into two zones, one covered and the other outdoors. A good option for a meal after visiting the Salt Valley.
