In the transition from bar to high-class tavern. The prices have also evolved to a higher level, but the set dinner menu is still affordable. Sophisticated cuisine with excellent raw produce. A culinary temple with dishes like the mushroom sauté with foie-gras, eggs with truffles, different versions of ox-tail and a few soupy rices. All very appetising, washed down with a good wine list. Outside it's an ordinary tavern, but inside you'll find mouth-watering gastronomic surprises.
