Delighting taste buds for fifty-five years. On the slope of Montjuïc sits one of those timeless classics, with the trappings of a bodega and a haute cuisine soul. Catalan recipes and slow-cooked dishes. Generous portions and bold flavours. Tenderloin and foie-gras cannelloni, suckling pig and countless rice dishes. Low on glam, big on enjoyment. The interior hasn’t changed noticeably since it opened. Too bad they’re closed evenings. Good wine list and efficient staff. A gem worth rediscovering.
