Modern brasserie advised by Romain Fornell, with décor that wouldn't look out of place in London, Paris or New York. It forms part of Darial, a 1600-square-metre space that combines fashion, culture, art, design and gastronomy. Velvet sofas, gold-leaf ceilings and covered terrace. Tribute to Visconti’s film The LeopardShort à la carte menu with a good wine list, and a set lunch menu not to be sniffed at. Minimally processed ingredients. Recipes with French and Spanish influences. Vegan and vegetarian options. Non-stop kitchen service. No detail is overlooked. Atmosphere reminiscent of a typical French bistro.
