Small, rustic, simple and very cosy place in the uptown area. It’s the self-styled home of the country hamburger. Satisfactory products and preparation. Fresh buns made by hand from a sourdough recipe that goes back three generations. Burgers of 100% old cow beef, marinated for 48 hours. Limited menu at more than acceptable prices. Staff is attentive, sometimes overly so.
