Small establishment with a few tables and an open kitchen decorated with blue tiles. Federico Balducci presents the cuisine of his birthplace, Italy, made from local produce and ingredients sourced from small Italian producers. Delicate dishes, painstakingly prepared. The menu changes regularly, which is a great reason to come back. The cacio e pepe is a classic. The fresh pasta and the different types of carpaccio are also excellent. Interesting wine list. First-rate service with attention to detail. A classy Italian restaurant!
