Gothic-style former monastery on an estate spanning 100 hectares that is now a restaurant and events venue. The restaurant’s interior has three independent rooms steeped in history. The space, featuring stone arches and linen-draped tables, is lovely. Local cuisine, with signature dishes and seasonal produce. Everything looks amazing: the rice, the escargots, the steak tartare, the pig’s trotter meatballs with prawns. In summer, the cloister turns into the restaurant’s terrace. Refinement, quality and good service.
