This is the La Máquina Group’s most ambitious and innovative project. The premises still have the original entrance and more than a thousand metres of floorspace over four levels. There is a striking cocktail bar as you go in, surrounded by high and standard tables, where an informal menu is served until the early hours. To one side, the staircase that leads to the other three floors, where they offer diners a more elaborate, international cuisine that includes Spanish, Asian, Italian, American and Mexican dishes. Kitchen open all day. Good atmosphere guaranteed. Definitely a place to be seen at.
