This restaurant specialises in craft cheeses and is located a stone’s throw from the Paseo de la Castellana. Striking premises with a distinctive façade made of wood. Two floors, a vertical garden and a library they use for tastings. Spacious, avant-garde and welcoming. The space has been designed to allow diners to view the cheeses on display from every table. There are around one hundred and fifty Spanish and international cheeses, although they also serve market-fresh, cheese-free dishes. Maki and nigiri are served at a counter. Interesting wine selection with many available by the glass. Their aim is to promote cheese culture. Not only for cheese lovers.
