This staunch defender of eastern Spanish cuisine, which includes tasty paellas and rice dishes, is located in a quiet part of the city. The star dishes are the paella-style senyoret rice or the a banda rice made with lobster, as well as the oven-baked rice made in a clay pot. Everything is for sharing. The salt-baked prawns are ideal for whetting your appetite. There is a bright, colourful dining room in the basement, and an enormous terrace with an awning that is ideal for scorching hot days. It can easily get busy, so booking is advised.
