An informal offering by Chef Dabiz Muñoz on the top floor of the El Corte Inglés store in Serrano street. Creative street food that is full of character. Powerful flavours and daring combinations that push the limits. The menu changes regularly and includes around twenty dishes to share. Their unmissable classics: the chilli crab, the pork belly saam or the steamed club sandwich. The space consists of a U-shaped bar in the middle from which diners can watch each of the dishes being prepared and the frantic activity in the kitchen - that’s the fun part. There are a few tables around the bar and a terrace. It is one of the most popular venues in the city and does not take bookings, so there is always a really long wait before entering in shifts. A worthwhile experience.
