A favourite in the Priorat region. Located in a house with a lovely large terrace with views of Falset. The interior is modern, contemporary and very bright thanks to the large windows. Young team who use good-quality local produce and offer very sophisticated fare. À la carte menu, set menu and tasting menu. The Brichs cannelloni and the creamy mantis shrimp rice, which isn’t common in the local area, come highly recommended. For dessert, textures de xocolata. Exquisite selection of D.O. Montsant and Priorat wines. Well worth a stop.
