Once again, Gastón Acurio is bringing the most traditional cuisine from Peru to the city in this restaurant where the sea takes the centre stage in both its décor and its menu. A couple of bars where you can eat or enjoy one of its cocktails, many of which are based on the famous Pisco Sour. Behind the bars, the barmen or chefs prepare the cold dishes on the menu. An extensive menu with endless possibilities: from ceviches (the mixed one is especially good) to tiraditos and sanguches, including lomo saltado and the marinated causa, which is very good. Generous, full-flavoured portions. Acceptable prices. Young, efficient staff. A hit with fans of good Peruvian food.
