Álvaro Castellanos and Iván Morales, creators of the Arzábal Group, bring their bold personality to Japanese cuisine. The establishment, occupying the site of their first restaurant, has a bar that seats twelve and a small but cosy dining room. Wide variety of maki, sashimi and nigiri and plenty of tempura and robata (slow-grilled) dishes. They always have good raw products and off-menu specials. Well-stocked cellar with a nice selection of wines and an astonishing choice of champagnes.
