This was the first sake bar in the city and was established in the Las Salesas area by the sommelier Mayuko Sasayama. Minimalist décor that embraces sake bottles and taru, traditional barrels. There is a bar, shared high tables and a few others for two in a small dining room. Plenty of wood and black details. Tapas menu and traditional Japanese sushi. The set lunch menu combines soups, maki, nigiri, California rolls and daily specials at great prices. They serve more than sixty types of sake from all the regions that produce it, along with Japanese beer and cocktails. They hold events and organise courses for beginners in honour of the Japanese drink par excellence once a month.
