This is a solo project by Hiroo Miki, one of the founders of the Miyama restaurant. Japanese cuisine in its purest form, with an emphasis on good-quality ingredients and clean flavours. The sashimi and nigiri cuts are excellent. Simple, functional premises with a wood-heavy décor in natural colours. A bar counter at the entrance that seats six, followed by a small dining room. Very popular with execs and neighbourhood residents. Kind, attentive staff. Prices match the quality of the products.
