From the outside, there is no sign or visible indication that these premises house a restaurant. Hidden inside is a culinary experience at the hand of one of the best sushi chefs in the city. Japanese cuisine is served in this sparsely-decorated establishment. There is a small sushi bar and a dining room with only a few tables. Great dexterity in the impeccable cutting technique. Fresh, hand-picked ingredients. The menu is barely used as it is much better to take advice when making your order. They only serve a tasting menu in the evenings. Very limited selection of wines, beers and sake. Simplicity and good taste.
