Traditional, uncomplicated cuisine with Basque roots and good-quality fresh ingredients. There is a bar counter at the entrance at which you can enjoy a snack or the daily special. Comfortable, elegant dining room. Very short menu that is complemented with different options every day, depending on what’s available at the market. Highlights include beef sweetbreads with foie, the Navarre-style pocha beans or the roasted pigeon with foie. The wine list is fairly priced and short, but includes some attractive options. Friendly waiting staff. A simple place for enjoying good food at prices that are reasonable for this day and age.
