This Galician restaurant is well known in the city and boasts a display case for fish and seafood. Premium goods sold by weight and well-prepared dishes with no dressings or sauces to detract from the main ingredients. Some dishes are only for two or more diners. Excellent Evaristo sole, seafood cocktail and baked turbot, and a great wine list. Elegant premises and an understated décor with a minimalist flair. Its discreet atmosphere makes it perfect for business meals and a few groups. Prices are slightly steep. Booking is a must.
