Sabor Sichuan

Chinese restaurant in the Usera neighbourhood that is currently one of the most popular with Chinese customers in the area. Not to be confused with Sabor Sichuan in Ventura Rodríguez street. Modest, simple venue with very little decoration. It’s a tiny space with only ten tables. Authentic Sichuan cuisine that is hot and spicy, but surprisingly delicate, and has intense flavours. Specialities include the wonton soup, the beef tendon salad and any of the Sichuan-style fish dishes. In terms of drinks, some red wines and beers available. Affordable prices. Definitely worth a try.
