Sacha

Established fifty years ago, this small bistro is a place to enjoy good food. The menu includes apparently easy dishes that ooze complexity and will not leave you indifferent. Simplicity coupled with refinement and subtlety. The classics: the lazy omelette, the bone marrow or the txangurro (crab) lasagne, without forgetting the vegetables, which are lovingly prepared. Ask about their off-menu items. The wine list seems limited, but is broader if you ask. Old school, efficient staff. The finesse is reserved for the cuisine: Sacha himself wears t-shirts. Always a great atmosphere and a clientele that ranges between well-heeled and (a little) rough around the edges. Prices to match. Fantastic terrace. Booking is a must.
