Contemporary tavern that specialises in sherries and Andalusian cuisine. Wood and marble bar, a large blackboard with offers and a dining room dominated by wood. Simple, high-quality cuisine. Its dishes include almadraba tuna, snakelocks anemone and “broken eggs” with whitebait. Unbeatable fortified wines list - one of the best in Madrid -, with more than a hundred and fifty labels. Eager staff and charming atmosphere. All in all, the food is good, but the drink is better.
