David García (Corral de la Morería) presents classic recipes in his homeland. Gastronomic proposal with Basque roots and seasonal ingredients where fire and technique reign supreme. Tasting menu and à la carte menu that can be adapted for sharing. The kokotxas, either grilled or served as an omelette, the lamb shank and baked sea bass are all excellent choices, and as a starter the superb flame-grilled wild mushrooms. Wood-panelled dining room with works of art on the walls. Open kitchen to watch the chefs and staff interact in a carefully coordinated choreography. The acoustics need some attention.
