Farmhouse on the outskirts of Bilbao with a garden, ideal for a pre or post-prandial drink in the great outdoors. Excellent traditional family fare with no frills. They’re masters of the wood-fired oven, especially with kid and hake. Their specialities are rice with clams and vegetable stew. Good wines. It’s hard to get a table, so you need to book in advance. First-rate products in a magnificent setting.
