A new take on an old cider house in the Ibaeta district. Bare tables and wood beams in Basque-Scandinavian style. Original lamps made from wicker baskets, large barrels and bicycles hanging on the walls. The menu includes Martín Berasategui’s classic dishes, like the cold lasagne of marinated anchovies or the steak tartare with olives, and typical cider-house dishes. And don’t forget the caramelised torrija (Spanish-style French toast). The goal is to make the famous chef’s food available to a wider audience at more competitive prices. Young staff. Unusual wine selection at affordable prices.
