There are eight tables in this semi-clandestine eatery located in a basement and headed by Chef Alicio Garro and his family. A range of the best seasonal produce available. Always with excellent results. No fixed menu, there are different dishes every day. Vegetables take up part of the offer, but its kokotxas, elvers in salad, clams with soupy rice casserole, or any of its fish dishes of the day are also famous. Closed in the evenings. Prior booking is a must. One of the gastronomic temples of the Basque Country.
