Small, authentic establishment that does nothing to hide its long history, located just a stone’s throw from Plaza Mayor. The bar is always packed to the hilt, especially at the weekend, but the waiting staff handle things well. Mouthwatering tapas such as Madrid-style callos or the battered cod fillet, their speciality. They have another more spacious venue, with a terrace, and with an extensive menu in Calle Cuchilleros.
