This Japanese restaurant that belongs to the Ricardo Sanz Group is located on the ground floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid-Prado. Sushi is the star dish here, joined by new additions such as the dim sum, the dumplings or the excellent selection of bao. Highlights include dishes made with the superb bluefin tuna, the usuzukuris or the Wagyu beef hot dogs created exclusively for this restaurant. Good ingredients and technique ensure an enjoyable experience. Prices are more conservative here than in the rest of the group. Understated premises in tones of grey. If possible, make sure you enjoy the bar counter. Service could be better.
