The Cordoba local Manu Urbano (former head chef at Sacha) heads this project. A central location in Plaza de la Paja square. The menu is made up of modern takes on good local Andalusian cuisine. Particularly noteworthy are the marinated dishes, the authentic stews and the cold soups. The venue isn’t very big, but the space is well used. An excellent terrace, and small bar at the entrance with its own menu. There is a small dining area on the top floor with views over the square that serves only a tasting menu closely linked to market availability. It only stocks wines from the south, for all tastes and pockets. The south at its finest.
