Simple cuisine based on tradition and good ingredients. Typical Cadiz tapas are served alongside a few other innovative dishes. Good croquettes and fried food, excellent stews and a cheesecake to die for. The raw ingredients are mainly from Andalusia, and Cadiz in particular. There is also a good selection of wines, several of which are also from southern Spain. Discreet yet friendly staff and very competitive prices. An unassuming venue that they have decorated themselves, with a wood-heavy décor and a breathtaking wrought iron wine rack.
