They say they were the first Japanese noodle restaurant in the city. Small establishment with a cosy atmosphere and Japanese décor, located in the Madrid de los Austrias area. Their speciality is ramen noodles, in a bowl of pork broth and vegetables with the original sauce, shoyu or miso, although they serve other Japanese dishes, too. You can eat at the bar or the tables. Good set lunch menu. More than reasonable prices. They don't take bookings. Word of advice: go early to avoid waiting to get in. Worth the visit.
