One of the best restaurants in the city. A holistic experience based on four core elements - cuisine, service, cellar and setting - that has made it a reference in Madrid’s culinary scene. Spacious dining room in which the décor, although present, is secondary. In the kitchen, technique and premium ingredients gain prominence at the hand of Óscar Velasco, a disciple of Chef Santi Santamaría. Each one of his dishes has an original touch. The menu includes seasonal ingredients that change regularly such as game, mushrooms, offal and fish. Keep an eye out for the cheeses, too. Large wine cellar with more than two hundred options. Excellent service. Well worth trying.
