This is the most exclusive venue run by the Bambú Group. Spacious, modern, elegant premises with a sushi bar that seats sixteen. The lounge area is for drinks, and a private dining room flanked by a vertical garden houses a single table for ten. There is no à la carte menu: they serve two tasting menus, each with a different number of courses and price. Hot cuisine and traditional sushi that honour Japanese flavours and techniques. Extensive, varied wine list.
