With more than twenty years of experience this is still one of the most well-known and successful pintxo tapas bar in La Latina. They serve warm and cold pintxos, larger tapas and a few more elaborate dishes. Generous sizes and good-quality ingredients. Their Spanish omelette (made with potato and onion) is a must: it is one of the best in Madrid. The rest of the dishes aren’t left behind. A good cellar and wines by the glass. Small, updated tavern that is always full so it’s best to book. Great atmosphere and vibe.
