Don’t expect a luxurious or spacious interior, although they have no reason to envy the finest restaurants when it comes to the ingredients and techniques used. The daily set menu is well worth a try with four starters and four main courses and a variety of homemade desserts to choose from. They serve one of the best potato omelettes and Olivier salads in town. The tuna belly and the battered hake come highly recommended. Pleasant, friendly service. Booking is essential.
