A time-honoured Bilbao classic. Charming, authentic establishment with over 100 years of history. Boasting original furniture and a tavern-like feel, it has evolved to offer more choice with an appetising menu. The star ingredient is the Joselito ham, which comes with ciabatta-style bread, in small sandwiches or in croquettes. Also serves Iberian pork loin and beef cheeks, among other options. Very good value for money. Half-portions and dishes for sharing. Has a terrace and a gourmet shop to one side of the entrance. Must-visit place you’ll want to return to.
